35+ years of oil & gas experience, of which 30 years were focused with Shell in various project management and contract management roles where he was engaged in multiple international projects ranging from $1bn to $10bn. Mark played a significant role in leading the negotiations for the Shell FLNG (Prelude) pre-FEED & FEED contracts and in negotiating the Master Services Agreement between Shell and Technip / SHI JV.

He worked for seven years at KPMG Advisors S.A. as a partner and head of the financial services providing and restructuring sections, while he held management positions at PROTON Bank, as head of investment banking, at EGNATIA Stock Broking, and at SIGMA Stock Broking companies.
Mr. Tsotsoros is also a member of the Board of Directors for MAYOR Hotels and Resorts Holding S.A. He has a BSc (Hons) degree in economics from the UCL university and an MA in International Studies from the Reading University.

40+ Years of Oil, Gas & Chemicals experience, of which 26 years were for Shell in various Projects, Operational and Maintenance roles. Significant EPC experience including lead PMC role on a $12bln refinery upgrade for a Middle East Sate operator.

Was the first to manage LNG carriers in Greece for Ceres Hellenic (now GASLOG). Served as Fleet Manager and Technical Manager, on major LNG carrier Companies in Greece during the word wide expansion of LNG transportation. Total time in LNG transportation, 24 years. Served in many international maritime organizations such as the Chemical Carriers Association, INTERTANKO chemical and gas work groups, SIGTTO, etc.
